Ordinarily, the first thing I thought of was that perhaps the domain
controllers hadn't replicated the changes yet, and the DC that this remote
machine is talking to hasn't gotten the replicated changes yet. But 90
minutes should be much more than long enough. I've had similar issues in
the past, and they can be (sometimes) solved with a reboot. Yeah, I know,
it shouldn't be necessary, as the gpupdate should apply the GPO, but still
...
