Check out www.eventday.com<http://www.eventday.com> for organizing.

They will cut you free community license if you post a blog article about them.

we use it for the MISCUG events.

Its really easy to use, the badge printing tied into the check-in is great as
you grow (you can give sponsors a list only of the folks that showed up, with
zero manual effort.)

Subject: [mssms] Chicago Systems Management Users Group (CSMUG)

After couple of years of debates to do this or not, I have decided to move
forward with this group. There is no similar group like this in Chicagoland
area. We have done topics with the Chicago Windows User Group in the past but
found the membership is not what a typical SCUG or SMUG would be.

If you are in the Chicago area, please sign up.

This is 100% user/member driven and not sponsor driven. Sponsors will help
with location, speakers, membership drive, etc. but will not drive the agenda,
the community will do that.
