2. Select Support & Drivers. 3. Select Drivers and Software. 4. For HP ProLiant and Storage systems, enter the drive model (for example, "DG0146BAMYQ") for the product and click Search. For the D2000 disk enclosures and D2700 backup systems, enter the model number for the product and click Search. 5. Select the appropriate operating system. 6. Select Firmware - SAS Storage Disk. 7. Download and install the latest version of the firmware. 8. Follow the installation steps detailed in the Release Notes to complete the firmware upgrade. 9. Reboot the server to complete the installation. I have a DL380e G8 that is populated with 8x2.5” SAS HDD’s. I rebooted the server today and it shows that there is a required firmware for these drives, but for the life of me I cannot find where to download and apply this. I thought the latest Smart start would do it but it appears not. Any ideas please?
