That’s right. The CopyProfile should be enough. Anyway just to make you aware that there is an issue related with the start layout when you change the input locale. This should be fixed in the November release.

I have been working on creating a Windows 10 reference image, and on my first attempt I did not get the results I was looking for in those areas either. I'm working as we speak on re-building the reference image, to be sure I didn't miss anything along the way. In my case, input locale shouldn't be related, I'm working strictly with the default EN-US settings I don't think we need to manually export or copy the start menu layout files when using copyprofile, correct?
