Looks like a possible bug to me. If you can repro this, you should file it as a bug on connect or contact CSS and report it as a bug.

[cid:[email protected]] SCCM Should Cancel the previous request and Generate New request GUID for the request as per the message in the popup. Due to this I see duplicate Application request in Service Manager. Any one observed that? Thanks Zak
