Yep, this same issue happened at my company after using IEAK, and it took a while to track it down to this remnant sqm file. I had to inventory machines with that file, then send out a deletion command/script to clean it all up. By far most didn’t have that problem, but it was a big headache trying to figure out what was going on.

Just select it the saem as with any other update.
