[NTSysADM] ot: is it a coincidence ?

Due to some courses I'm taking I started doing some additional  research on our 
Big Brother, is it a total coincidence that one of the 5 top data collection 
programs is named AZUREPHOENIX , and that the MS cloud is named AZURE ?

hmmmm  LOL
