So i should stick with the reality 50ish clients - per ap?

it will more than likely be open as its for a venue, so it will only be used
during shows.

That concurrent client spec is likely assuming it's an open network with no
authentication, encryption, vlan tagging, or filtering of any kind (just like
every other vendor's claim of concurrent clients at 500+ [looking at you
Ruckus]).

I'm finding it VERY HARD to swallow this spec;
Concurrent Clients
200+

And there is no support number on their website only KB's , Video's , forums
etc..

How can something be classified as "Enterprise" without any real support
options?

Hi all,

This is a preliminary question as I'm waiting for more feedback from the client-

a client is having a an event with 500 guests, single floor no obstruction
150x60 (9000 sq ft)

They purchased 3 "ubiquity pro" AP's (I've mainly worked with Aerohive and
lately Meraki)

With the Hives each radio was good for 60 clients give or take, does anyone
know what a Ubiquity pro 3x3 MIMO is rated for?

My initial thought was "they are nuts if they think 3 AP's will cover 500
guests" but again, I have no exp with these, I know a few people on here have
used them.

And yes they have enough bandwidth (100x100 pipe)

Thx
