Here's an SCCM 2007 package download start/stop report I've used in the past to help answer some questions. Systems that take longer for packages may be on misconfigured boundaries, congested networks, etc.

If you are running CM07,there is no bultin reports and must tweak it using the IIS logs . If possible how much they download the content in size, either direct or thru IIS 2) When network team complains say a client with IP 1.2.3.4 talks over WAN/Slow link to a SCCM DP, a query to help find which that client ideally should talk to ( to come from Client, DP, Boundaries put together I guess) Thanks, Vasu
