I actually just got one of these today and having similar issues. I was able to get it to pxe boot by checking "Enable UEFI Network Stack" under Advanced Boot Options in the BIOS. Once it gets into WinPE thought it reboots unless I hit F8 to bring up command prompt. I have tried loading any/all drivers I can find and still not able to get the NIC to work.
