Does that software have an entry in the registry in
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall ?
Check in all keys the value of "DisplayName" to find it.
If you find it, there should also be an uninstall-string inside the same
key. This then leads to the next question: Which method do you use to
deploy software, does it support running a script exactly once on all
machines ?
