Also, if all you are doing is swapping out the ADK and MDT, your boot images 
won’t get updated automatically. You’ll need to create new ones. Just use the 
MDT Wizard for this or follow Brandon’s article.

check your configmgrsetup.log (and configmgrsetup.lo_) files for any errors 
encountered when setting up boot images
look for a line that reads
INFO: Adding boot image packages
what happened after that point, what errors are shown ?

When I look at the boot images after installing the above, they are not version 
10.x.  I am not sure what went wrong where here.  How can I get those updated
