To get rid of the profiles, you could either script up the removal the user folder (C;\users\username on Windows 7 and up) and the corresponding entry in HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList for the user SID, or use something like delprof.exe.

If so what do you use? Does anyone remove old User profiles that are 90 days old (Last login > 90 days) off of PC's? If so what do you use? Right now it looks like I am or my team is walking around to all of our workstations and touching them. If I can get away from it I would rather do it programmatically.
