I have a Barracuda that we use for both inbound and outbound mail relaying. We have a large application that sometimes fills the outbound queue with emails to a couple of invalid recipients (like [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>). These emails do not come from Exchange, but I'd like to have emails to these invalid addresses get ignored/dropped/deleted,
Before I talk to Barracuda support, I was wondering if anyone here has run into this and knows offhand of a solution. I have added both the specific address and domain to the recipient folder at the "BLOCKED EMAIL ADDRESSES AND DOMAINS" but that seems to have no effect -things still sit in the outbound queue (maybe that's a bug). Anyone?
