We add the new drivers over-top and do cleanup probably once every 6 months or
so. Its amazing to see the driver package sizes cut in half when we do cleanup.

Just curious if others delete and replace when a new driver comes out so the
image gets the latest or there is an issue, or do you import and leave all the
other drivers there for that specific model?

Originally I download the cab drivers from dell, build the driver package and
that is all good, but when a new version of some of the drivers come out I
import the new cab file. I am pretty sure it leaves all the other versions
there.

Is it better to delete the entire package and rebuild a new one?

Thoughts?

Thanks,

Kevin Johnston
