YEah I found it right after I sent out the email.  My process should be Google 
to death and then MyItForum.

Dear my favorite SCCM admins at myitforum,



As we all know you lose customization tabs on older boot images post upgrade.  
With that being said I noticed I cannot use the "F8 Testing Option" anymore on 
these images during OSD.  Does anyone know how to manually add this testing 
option outside of the Configmgr
 console?  I was hoping to find a quick win on google where there would be a 
process to mount the image and apply some component or modification.
