Thanks for the reply Nash. I agree on the add/remove programs which is why I was looking for Sherry’s mof edit post.

It is here now: http://mnscug.org/blogs/sherry-kissinger/422-dot-net-frameworks-mof-edit I typically won’t use Add/Remove Programs data for this because, as Dan pointed out, you don’t see whatever was shipped with the device (.NET 4 is not listed on Win 8, etc). Instead, I use Sherry’s method as it leverages the information that Microsoft suggests to use for determining frameworks and versions from the registry: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh925568(v=vs.110).aspx https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/318785 I hope that helps, Nash Nash Pherson Microsoft MVP, Enterprise Client Management Senior Systems Consultant O: 651-796-1168 C: 507-304-0946 [Small Logo-PNG]<http://www.nowmicro.com/> 1645 Energy Park Drive Ste. 200 St. Paul, MN 55108 www.nowmicro.com<http://www.nowmicro.com/> From: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> [mailto:[email protected]]<mailto:[mailto:[email protected]]> On Behalf Of Daniel Ratliff Sent: Friday, October 2, 2015 9:31 AM To: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> Subject: RE: [mssms] .Net versions assistance I believe 1.1 is, but versions that are features to the OS most likely are not listed. I recall seeing a post from Sherry Kissinger on getting this info from a hardware inventory mof edit, but no longer can find that post. http://myitforum.com/cs2/blogs/skissinger/archive/2009/12/16/hardware-inventory-mof-edit-for-net-framework-versions-updated.aspx Anyone else know of a simple way to gather this info?
