Yes, they are there. When I run select * from _RES_COLL_SMSDM001 I see the iOS
and Android devices I want to delete. Some are retired, some aren't.

Silly question but.... Can you check via SQL to make sure the device is
actually in the database? Just look for the resource id.

If I try and delete an old Mac, Android, or iOS device, I get the "Are you
sure..." message and then when I click Yes, I get "Delete mobiles failed..".
Before I opened a ticket with Microsoft, I wanted to check with the community
here. Has anyone come across this before? I get no results on Google for this
particular error.
