I guess you can't use the remaining % option at all. Either that or I'm not using it correctly, but it looks pretty straight forward to me. I used your task sequence steps and then added an additional partition that would use 100% of the remaining space and it resulted in the "ZTIDRIVERS: Path not found (76)" error again.
