We use several of them here, and have been for about 2 years now. 6430's and 6610's. We're quite happy. The performance of the devices is really good. We got the support contract, so firmware updates are included, and two we've done went well. We've had a couple interactions with tech support -- one for an interoperability issue with a competitor's gear, and one for a switch with 2 failed ports. The hardware failure was handled with an over night shipment of a new device, the configuration problem was equally positive -- my network guy says it was refreshing to only have to make one call to get to someone who understands networking.
