[mssms] Post CU1 (for R2 SP1 / SP2) hotfixes - client ?

Wondering if anyone has installed below hotfixes.

Can anyone confirm that they install a "client update" hotfix package ?
(i.e. require a client to be updated)
 
(looking at the list of MSP's in the list of files it seems to imply they 
would, along with a console update)
