SID wont be an issue and certs have been migrated/ dealt with. I wish I didn't have it either, but like family, you cannot choose your networks.

I have built a new server (in a VM), called it the same hostname, with the same IP address (off the network of course). I have installed the same version of BES and migrated the database from to the other. If I now shut down the old one, and then bring up the new, I can't see any reason why it won't just now continue to work as normal. Can anyone concur , or indeed tell me why this shouldn't work?
