Did you hear anything back from Microsoft about this issue? I am seeing
the same issue with winpe 10.0.10240. I have a VMware VM (3GB) and my boot
image works perfectly on it. I am able to run powershell just fine.

I boot a Lenovo T450s and T440s and all I get is the powershell
stackoverflowexceptions anytime I try to run powershell.
