As mentioned though, this could be indicative of a larger issue. There is never 
a  normal reason for a view to just disappear. Either there was some anomaly in 
SQL that caused is to get dropped or you have a "rogue" admin who did something 
very bad. Either way, not a good thing.

This is what we need to do to fix it.

1)      Script the view from a good SCCM site (MS PFE's lab) to a create to file

2)      Run that query on our site's SQL

3)      Then our DBA had to "modify" the fn_rbac_R_system function to reset its 
metadata

V_R_System is more than just AD Discovery. I hope that kicking it off recreates 
it for you but I doubt it. You really need to reach out to Microsoft CSS ASAP 
on this as this could be indicative of other issues.

I have an interesting one.  I got a call saying some reports were not working.  
Looking at the queries, they couldn't find v_R_system.  I look at the database 
and the v_R_system view is gone.  Anyone know how to restore or recreate it?
