I can sell you as many FSLogix licenses as you need. That way, the old Java version only exists when invoked. For the rest of the time, it’s hidden and the system uses the latest.

We have a banking app that is very Java version specific, and we have to run it at a lower patch level or it won’t run at all. Unfortunately the business is highly reliant on it. Neither of these products would exist if the vendors of these awful Java apps got their collective fingers out. If you've got Internet-connected PCs running these applications, you're just asking to get bitten if you don't keep them up to date.
