Yes it is possible.

This may start you off, including parts 2 - 4.

Subject: [mssms] DP in another network
Date: Tue, 17 Nov 2015 05:26:04 +0000

Hi All,

I’m looking for some advice on the best way to setup the following.

We currently run SCCM in our Corporate environment for patching, app
deployment, OSD etc.

We have a requirement to be able to patch servers ( and potentially deploy apps
and OSD ) in another network that has its own separate domain but we have
connectivity to that network
 via a firewall.

Is it possible to setup a Distribution point in the new network that can be
patched using our current ConfigMgr setup?

If not what would be the best way to achieve the goal without running up
another ConfigMgr instance?

Thanks
