Mail client, not PDF. The submit button on the form should be trying to email
the completed form via the default mail client. If there isn't one assigned or
the assignment is messed up that would likely create that symptom.

They have adobe standard X and Reader XI.
Reader is the default for PDF files.
I would look in Reader for this setting?

Sounds like that machine / user doesn't have a default mail client defined.

Anyone ever had 1 out of 250 users that get Save PDF as instead of Outlook
email when clicking on a Submit button in a PDF form??
