The data for all reports included with Configuration Manager is filtered based on the permissions of the administrative user who runs the report. However when I view any report as the user I still have the full list of collections available. From some brief research this is a limitation in SP1 and works as I expect in R2. Secondly, the only way I can see to control the security on reports is to go into the properties individually and add users (there doesn’t seem to be any RBAC support). I also can’t see anyway to modify the security for the power management folder of reports as a whole. Maybe RBAC support is introduced for reports in R2? Daniel.
