Yes, I've seen that with a state migration point we've tried to reinstall.
I've spent a lot of time on it and it seems to be incorrectly reading the free
disk space. We're waiting to rebuild it as we're not using state migration
anymore.

It's the same method that our system is failing with, even after an upgrade
from SP1 to R2 SP1.

There was the same post I read and thought that maybe it just is now affecting
certain scenarios. Don't have the support hours to spend on it or I'd have
called it in. BUT!!!.... We felt it was due to the fact that the really
expensive implementers of this environment actually installed the SCCM 2007
client on our servers, then installed SCCM 2012 (Wasn't me - wasn't here yet).
We have 2012 servers running 2007 client agent and this was one of those
servers - no wonder we have issues.

I'm installing a new management point and during the setup, when it attempts to
install the client, the client installs successfully, but the SP2 R2 SP1 patch
fails to install due to (what it claims is) not enough disk space. There is
over 100GB free space though so I don't know what this is actually checking.
Has anyone seen this before? Only thing I could find was this post on the
Technet
forums<https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/systemcenter/en-US/e27d2399-f4e3-4a57-83f4-c3a5b26d0483/agent-does-not-install-on-12-tb-disk>
but it is for Windows 2003 Server and CM07.
