Subject: [NTSysADM] VideoConferencing recommendations

Hi,

We are a company of ~100 people selling Enterprise software, so our customers
expect us to 'meet' them using proper video conferencing equipment.

I last looked at the market more than 5 years ago in a previous incarnation, so
I'm looking for someone to shorten the on-ramp into today's market and share
the basic points of what to look for and which companies provide decent value -
we're not looking for the absolute top of the line, just something with
reasonable quality that will allow multiple endpoints, including soft phones,
not overdo the bandwidth usage, and deliver decent audio/video quality.

Any hints about simplifying the deployment so even upper management can connect
up without handholding would also be appreciated.

Kish
