Was wondering if anyone else had any ideas as to why my Servers are not getting windows updates from the DP in that area.
I am not sure what else to look at to determine what is happening. All servers and workstations get their updates from 5 of them. All the DP’s are configured the same, but for some reason this one DP does not seem to deploy windows updates it has to other workstations and servers. When I look at the LocationServices.log file, there is no mention of a Distribution Point. I don’t have any errors that I can see. Currently the only way I can update these servers is by manually going to Windows Update. What do you think I am missing? My boundary groups look fine (same as all the others – IP range and AD site) The same servers and clients can get my Application and Packages without issues, but not windows updates. I am not sure how I can confirm exactly if these servers are looking at the local DP server. Because there is nothing in the LocationServices log file. Kinda stump on this one. KEVIN JOHNSTON
