Logs on the Client itseslf ... UpdatesDeployment.log & UpdatesStore.log
(search for the update(s), if you don't see them, then the client doesn't know 
about the deployment of them)
 
Have you "Run summarization" on the Deployment (of the Software Update Group 
for the ADR) ?
 
Has the machine run a Software Updates Scan ?  (to see if it needs the updates)
And, has the machine run a Software Updates Deployment Evaluation ?  (to 
attempt to deploy them)
 
If it says Unknown, it has not "checked in" / submitted its SU compliance data.
 
I'd be looking at your Client Agent settings for Software Updates (Scan 
schedule, and Deployment re-evaluation schedule).

Looking at the ADR for my test group it says downloaded and deployed.
Looking in the Monitoring tab for this machine it is sitting in Unknown status.
What logs do I look at to see why it is in Unknown instead of In Progress or 
Compliant?
