If it's like 2013, you can at least add lines between messages for some visual 
separation:

Welcome to the primary reason I still run office 2010... lack of contrast.

My understanding is that it is possible to create custom themes. But I haven't 
invested time into it as Office 2010 still meets all my needs (although it 
lacks certain recent features).

Hi all,

Does anyone know of a way (paid or free) to add or modify the the UI in 2016-

It was deployed last week and a bulk of the users are having many issues with 
their eyes and headaches

They have tried all whopping 3 options ( colorful / white /dark)  and its not 
cutting it.


this is office 2016 std 32bit , win 7 Pro 64bit
