I am looking at pulling a list of updates from the db via power shell.

Does anyone know about the applicability rule specifically the productid ?
I am trying to match the productid in the rule to a product name. My life
on either power shell or SQL to do this? Point me in the direction of a
table or view and I'll be happy.
