Windows 10 seems pretty darn good at pulling all of the correct drivers. I’ve been pretty impressed what it finds on its own.

Seems like they stick a bunch of unsigned drivers in them and a bunch of crap that doesn’t need to be in there. I asked them about it at MMS and the reply was that some of the drivers actually need the .exe files and stuff but I really don’t think that’s the case at all. How could they even use those files? ________________________________ John Marcum MCITP, MCTS, MCSA Desktop Architect Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP ________________________________ [cid:[email protected]] From: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Daniel Ratliff Sent: Wednesday, December 23, 2015 1:10 PM To: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> Subject: [MDT-OSD] RE: Driver packs You cant trust Lenovo’s driver packs either, they are never up to date. You could take a working machine and use Driver Injector, I have used it a handful of times and heard from others it works well. https://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/ConfigMgr-Driver-Injector-aae7d17d Daniel Ratliff From: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of David Wan Sent: Wednesday, December 23, 2015 1:58 PM To: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> Subject: [MDT-OSD] RE: Driver packs For Dell and HP, we usually search for driver packs for SCCM. Lenovo usually has them available, but they’re harder to find.
