Yes it is still a preview only feature, not production ready. Same as support 
for SQL Always On. Please install the tech preview, use these features, and 
provide feedback!

Yes - it needed some more baking time. It should be released in a future build 
but nothing has been specifically announced about which one.

We just did the upgrade to 1511. After reading all the information on cluster 
management, I do not see that option in the collection. Was this removed from 
the 1511 build?
