Windows 10 ADK has issues with PowerShell in WinPE. Windows 10 1511 ADK fixes the PowerShell issues but breaks the replace scenario. I understand that SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 would do it but if we're going to make a change, it would be preferred to get all the way compliant with 1511.
