Just following up to see if anyone has seen this before.  Seems the Nov 15 lang 
pack download is still showing older build numbers.

Using DISM to add the LPs, getting this message.  The OS is Win 10 Ent build 
10586.  I noticed the LP is 10240.  When the customer goes to the MS site to 
download for me, he downloads the LP ISO from Nov ’15 which should be 1511.  
Still see the same issue.  Any thoughts?  Trying to apply the Nov 11 LPs to
