Very strange getting multiple windows boot manager entries in the EUFI boot
options

Also make sure to run the latest BIOS. UEFI is finicky, having the latest BIOS
helps to correct issues from time to time.

Think my issue is with the Legacy Boot support in this 7010s BIOS and its
legacy boot order.

I will disable legacy boot support and see if a fresh deploy will run properly.

Nope. WIM’s are file based, could care less about the partitions they are
pulled from.

Do wims captured on MBR base partitions need to be converted?

Never change the boot order, Hard Disk should always be first, always.

If you want to boot off a USB device, most legitimate PC Makers provide the
ability to override using say F9, or F12.

Just wanted to see what others are doing now for UEFI and Legacy BIOS enabled
systems. I’m currently working on a Dell 7010 with the latest BIOS and running
to boot order issues when WinPE first exits after a lite touch install.

Is it possible to configure boot orders say with cctk in WinPE 5 ?

Thanks
John
