What is your scan cycle set at? If its weekly, the clients may not have ran their scan cycle yet. Check the total number patches in update group and them updatesdeployment.log on client to see if it is able to see all CIs in assignment. You should see an entry like following. Assignment <Assignment ID> has total CI = <Number of Patches in Update Group> Is the number less then what you have in update group, then something is wrong with update group. I had this issue this month and I ended up creating a new update group for latest patches and successfully deployed it. I downloaded this month’s updates Tuesday. I initially had a failure distributing to one of our DP’s, I re-ran and the content distributed properly. I have deployed like I’ve done tons of times, but I’m seeing none as being required and clients are not getting updates. The things I found on Google were no help. The only change that has been made in our environment was upgrading from 2012 R2 to 2012 R2 SP1 CU2.
