Finished setting up AI (at least I think so) and imported our license csv from
VLSC. When looking at the 14A report the inventory count for most items listed
is 0 - the exception is Project/Visio Standard and Win7 Ent.

I've enabled the following classes:
SMS_InstalledSoftware
SMS_SystemConsoleUsage
SMS_SystemConsoleUser

This has been in place for several months so adequate time has passed for
systems to inventory what's needed. I can confirm in the resource explorer for
several systems that Installed Applications is listed and populated.

I've done a search and it seems others have reported this as an issue too but
any resolution is not clear. I've also searched for any updates/hotfixes that
may resolve this issue but can't find any.

Any thoughts?

Daniel.
