1512, like 1601, is a technical preview and not for clients to roll out in production.
There are always known issues but so far 1511 has been pretty solid and I don’t know of anything major directly attributable to ConfigMgr – most of the issues have to do with WSUS and Win10 branch publishing (surprise, surprise).
