Turns out this is a bug in the 1511 client. Doing a cccmrepair step after
the Setup Windows and configmgr step in the build and capture task sequence
has resolved the issue.

Subject: [mssms] Client not assigned to a site

I have a new SCCM 1511 environment and are working on a couple of task
sequences, a Build and Capture TS and a Deploy TS.

During the Deploy TS it takes a very long time to complete the step "Setup
Windows and Configuration Manager". The task sequence eventually completes
and windows starts but after logging on and inspecting the logs the sccm
client does not have a site assigned.

LocationServices.log has:-

Client is not assigned to a site. Cannot get portal info.
LocationServices 1/02/2016 12:08:54 PM 2352 (0x0930)

ClientIDManagerstartup.log has:

Client is not assigned to a site. ClientIDManagerStartup
2/02/2016 2:37:21 PM 2936 (0x0B78)

If I open the Configuration Manager client gui and click on the "Find Site"
button it can add the Site Code successfully and I can see in the
Locationservices.log where it queries AD and finds the MP.

Suggestions to resolve this please?

James.
