Thanks Kevin.

I assume this is still valid for disabling the rules/monitors?

Thanks,

I see this one all the time.

That script had a lot of bugs initially, then used a lot of CPU when it ran,
then we fixed it, but I still see these classes missing in a lot of customer
environments.

It is one of the first things I disable on new deployments or when tuning a
customer environment. It was added to the Base OS MP's "somewhat" recently and
if the customer doesn't have a hard and fast requirement for that, I just
disable all the rules and monitors that use that datasource.

Subject: [msmom] WMI Class Missing:

I have a specific 2008 R2 VM that is throwing an "Operations Manager failed to
start a process" on the script:
Microsoft.Windows.Server.NetwokAdapter.BandwidthUsed.ModuleType.vbs

The script is attempting to access this WMI Class:
Win32_PerfFormattedData_Tcpip_NetworkInterface.

That class does not exist on this host. I attempted to salvage/repair WMI on
the host but even after rebuilding WMI the class does not come in. I do see
that class on another 2008 R2 server. I have looked around but cannot find
anywhere to rebuild that class. Has anyone run into this in the past? Is there
a MOF file or dll that can bring those classes that I can take from a working
server?

Thank you.
