I recently did an upgrade to CM 1511. Had a bunch of issues with getting the MP 
to install, finally working with MS we got it working again.

Now all of a sudden users are trying to install software and they all get 
0x87D00607(-2016410105).

I have done the usual Googling that talks about Boundries, etc.. and all that 
is configured and hasn't changed since the upgrade. We were able to install 
software after the upgrade.

Now when I go into Monitoring - Site Status my Management Point is Critical.
The error message is: SMS_MP_CONTROL_MANAGER Message ID 5436 - MP Control 
Manager detected management point is not responding to HTTP requests. The HTTP 
status code and test is 404, Not Found

I am not sure if this is related to the issues I have been having, but it seems 
weird that I no longer am able to have software be installed by users.

The DP is on the Primary server. If I remove the DP role, I will have to 
redistribute all the software to it again, right?
