I cannot explain everything so thought of sharing the whole article. I am facing the same issue. The machines fail to join to the domain during OSD. Actually I upgraded my site to SCCM 2012 SP2. Prior to the upgrade the OSD was working fine. Previous version of the site Is SCCM 2012 SP1. Now after the upgrade the OSD fails at "join to domain step". Any help will be appreciated. Syed.
