It has been removed but you are not the only one that is missing it. It is
a major deployment blocker for us at the moment.

Its only the Wake on AMT that is requested there, Provisioning AMT system
has not been available since AMT 6.0 I belive. Provisioning works just fine
with Intel SCS.
