[msmom] IBM System x Integration

Is anyone familiar with  IBM System x Integration Offerings for Microsoft 
Systems Management Solutions?  It looks like it is a paid offering from IBM or 
now maybe Lenovo.  Are most hardware vendors now charging for  management  
packs?
