And there is still the issue in the "old" 10240 ADK when running powershell or 
.NET applications in WinPE x64 on UEFI computers. Not that common scenario now 
but will be so upgrade and apply the hotfix is a wise choice.

Just curious how many people are staying with the RTM version of the Win10 ADK 
instead of the 1511 version? I know a hotfix has been released for the 1511 
issues, but the instructions for implementing the hotfix seem arduous.
