This is correct. SCEP for Linux is just a rebranded version of ESET (I think) and not manageable by ConfigMgr. I currently manage about 400 Windows servers with SCCM 2012 R2, and was just asked about managing SCEP on 10-15 Linux servers. A colleague said that SCEP updates for Linux are not manageable by SCCM and provided link below. Is this still true that these products cannot be managed from the Configuration Manager console in R2? or R2 SP1? or later?
